Passionate about sustainability, creativity, and adventure, Pam brings learning to life through exploration, foraging, and connecting with the land. She also shares her love of horses, weaving stories and lessons from her lifelong journey.
Pam completed her BSc in Psychology at Trent University before earning her Graduate Diploma of Education at James Cook University in Australia. Her teaching journey has taken her across Canada, where she has had the privilege of working in outreach and Indigenous communities, as well as teaching outdoor education through local conservation authorities.
Her lifelong love of learning through doing and exploring began with countless hours of childhood play in the forest behind her home. That curiosity and wonder for the natural world continue to fuel her teaching today. Since joining WILDE School in 2021, Pam has found her element—teaching outdoors in every season, whether on foot, skis, or snowshoes, and in sun, rain, sleet, or snow. She brings with her not only professional expertise but also a deep passion for helping students connect to the land, to themselves, and to the joy of discovery.
Pam believes nature holds a purpose for everyone—especially her students. Through learning, growth, and exploration, she helps them build a sense of place in the world and an understanding of how to care for it for future generations. Passionate about nature, sustainability, and outdoor learning, Pam is inspired by the ethos of WILDE School. She has seen how this model empowers students, sparking curiosity and confidence while preparing them to become thoughtful stewards of the planet.

When not at WILDE School, Pam can be found outdoors riding her horses, paddle boarding, kayaking, or skiing. She values community, gives back whenever she can, and practices environmental sustainability, bringing her love of adventure and stewardship into her teaching...................
